With enormous evolution in Microelectronics, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have played a vital role every aspect of daily life. Technological advancement has led to new ways thinking and developing infrastructure for sensing, monitoring, computational tasks. The sensor network constitutes multiple nodes tracking, surveillance remote objects the area. Battery replacement recharging are almost impossible; therefore, aim is develop an efficient routing protocol network. Fuzzy Based Cluster Head Selection (FBCHS) proposed, which partitions into several regions based on node energy levels. proposed uses artificial intelligence technique select (CH) maximum Residual Energy (RE) minimum distance. transmission data Base Station (BS) accomplished via static clustering hybrid technique. simulation results FBCHS com- pared SEP show improvement stability period improved overall performance
